On 7 and 8 November Hilton hotel in Warsaw will host the second congress of Finat Young Managers Club (YMC). It is going to be attended by young members (below 40 years old) of international association for label manufacturers as well as representatives who do not belong to this elite club yet. Since the group’s establishment in 2009 is has been constantly growing, and is it estimated that the planned meeting is going to be attended by 73 young, dynamic and expanding companies from packaging industry. “YMC club members are future leaders of the labels industry. We believe that such meetings are needed to build an international platform of contacts and experience exchange between professionals, often facing similar challenges” – summarised Kurt Walker, president of Finat. This year’s meeting agenda reflects economic reality, in which young labels producers must work. How to design and implement innovative strategies into your business? How to turn an idea into a ready product or service? These and other questions will be attempted to be answered by the Warsaw congress participants. “YMC members are passionate about their branch and their passion is reflected not only in their business but also in the entire environment” – added Dana Kilarska, a new president of YMC group and at the same time a representative of the second generation of labels producers at the company Purgina.
